Varpet biedt de beste experts op het gebied van diensten aan huis, zoals woningonderhoud, reparaties van apparaten, nutsvoorzieningen, lifestylediensten, schoonheidsdiensten, medische diensten, reparaties en onderhoud, en andere professionele diensten.
Met een groot aantal dienstverleners, stipte service, flexibele prijzen en servicegarantie zorgt Varpet ervoor dat u de beste service krijgt.
Kenmerken:
• Transparante en betaalbare prijzen en voorwaarden. Prijzen voor alle diensten zijn vooraf beschikbaar. Elke opdracht wordt afgesloten via de mobiele app en er wordt een factuur gegenereerd voor elke voltooide opdracht.
• Transparantie in reviews en beoordelingen․ Nadat de opdracht is afgesloten, kan de klant de master beoordelen. Klanten kunnen ook de beoordelingen van de masters zien.
• Gemakkelijk boeken. Kies de gewenste service en selecteer de datum, tijd en locatie van uw bezoek. Zodra de opdracht is geboekt, vindt onze app direct een geverifieerde en betrouwbare master bij u in de buurt.
• Betrouwbare en geverifieerde masters. Elke master in de Varpet-app doorloopt een volledig achtergrondcontroleproces voordat deze op het platform wordt geplaatst. Pas nadat de werkzaamheden, authenticiteit en vaardigheden van de master zijn bevestigd, activeren we hem en wijzen we opdrachten toe.
• Mogelijkheid om gratis te bellen naar de master die uw bestelling heeft geaccepteerd. U kunt gratis bellen via de app, maar u kunt ook bellen via uw provider.
• Het is mogelijk om de service van de master die uw bestelling heeft geaccepteerd te annuleren en een andere master te zoeken.
• Plaats uw bestelling specifiek voor uw favoriete master. • Gebruikershulp, van waaruit u het supportcentrum kunt bellen of een bericht kunt sturen. U kunt ook contact opnemen via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter en Messenger.

Hoe werkt het?
• Download de app en registreer,
• Kies de gewenste service,
• Selecteer de datum, tijd en plaats van bezoek,
• Zodra de aanvraag is geboekt, vindt onze app direct een geverifieerde en betrouwbare specialist in uw omgeving,
• De specialist komt op de afgesproken tijd bij u thuis langs en voltooit de klus,
• U betaalt de specialist contant en beoordeelt hem/haar op zijn/haar prestaties.
De app neemt weinig ruimte in beslag op uw apparaat. Constante updates en toevoegingen van nieuwe functies maken uw leven comfortabeler. Varpet is deskundig, reageert snel en heeft altijd een oplossing voor uw behoeften.
