Le questionnaire à compléter avec l’éleveur au format numérique, tout est dans votre appareil, plus de papiers !
• Vous pouvez éditer ou envoyer par mail la visite sanitaire au format PDF générée automatiquement à partir des données saisies.
• Ce PDF est personnalisable, vous pouvez ajouter vos coordonnées ainsi que votre logo (item Personnalisation du menu).
• La signature du document par le vétérinaire et l’éleveur est intégrée dans l’application.
• Vous pouvez afficher les instructions complètes de la visite sanitaire bovine (vade-mecum, annexes...) au format PDF directement depuis l’application (voir item Documents du menu). Vous pouvez ajouter, si vous le souhaitez, vos propres documents dans le dossier obione/vsbnotes/doc/ pour les rendre accessibles directement depuis l’application depuis ce même menu.
• Sauvegarde automatique des données sur notre Cloud sécurisé en conformité avec le RGPD (accord préalable). Vous ne perdez rien, si vous changez votre appareil, vos données seront entièrement rétablies grâce à notre système de restauration de données.
• L’application VSBNotes sera mise à jour à chaque nouvelle parution d’une visite sanitaire.
Cette application est une version de démonstration, afin de tester la praticité de notre outil.
Pour débloquer toutes les fonctions veuillez suivre les instructions contenues dans l’application.
