Upon logging in, riders can access the dashboard, where they have full control over their status, allowing them to switch between online and offline modes as needed. The dashboard displays available jobs with the option to accept or decline, while also providing quick access to important sections such as earnings, order history, and notifications.
Earnings management is made simple with a dedicated section that allows riders to track their daily and weekly income. The app provides a detailed breakdown of service charges, taxes, delivery fees, and rider earnings. Additionally, transaction details such as cash on hand, wallet balance, and payment summaries are available, helping riders keep track of their financial records. The performance insights feature enables riders to analyze their progress based on accepted, completed, Available and today’s order.
The history section provides a complete record of all past deliveries, making it easy for riders to review completed food orders. Each order is displayed with its respective details, including the order number, food name, and restaurant information. A rating system allows riders to provide feedback on their delivery experience, while real-time status updates, such as "Order Accepted," "Order Prepared," "On the Way," and "Delivered," keep them informed throughout the process.
The order pickup and delivery process is designed to be efficient and user-friendly. Once a rider accepts an order, they are provided with an interactive map displaying the store location and the customer’s delivery address. The app includes built-in messaging options, allowing riders to communicate directly with the store if needed. Upon reaching the pickup location, riders must confirm the order by entering a verification code provided by the store. To ensure accurate order handling, the app requires an image upload of the picked-up food parcel. After pickup, the rider can navigate to the delivery location, confirm the drop-off with an image upload, and ends the delivery by providing the rating to the user.
The home page serves as the central hub for riders, displaying available deliveries and Today orders. The new orders section provides essential details such as pickup time, order number, customer address, and rider profit. Riders can also view store information, including the pickup and delivery destinations. By clicking the "Accept Order" button, riders are directed to the order pickup process, ensuring a smooth transition from acceptance to delivery.
The account and profile management section allows riders to update their personal details, such as name, email, and phone number, while also providing the option to upload a profile picture for identification purposes. Riders can easily manage their bank details, enabling smooth transactions for payouts. Additionally, the app includes a referral program where riders can share their referral codes and invite others to join the platform.
Managing payments and wallet transactions is straightforward, as the app provides a dedicated section to track wallet balances and transaction history. Riders can add cash to their wallet, request withdrawals, and manage linked cards securely. The withdrawal process is simple and secure, allowing riders to request payments directly from the app whenever needed.
To ensure a seamless experience, the app also includes a vehicle management section, where riders can register and update vehicle details such as model, color, plate number, and year. Keeping vehicle information up to date ensures smooth order processing and compliance with platform requirements.
