WorkPhone by IP Telecom is the complete business phone solution for your android device. Take your desk phone with you wherever you go via our built for business app. Always be connected no matter where your place of work is, giving your customers an exceptional experience whilst keeping your business and personal lines separate, yet on the same device.
WorkPhone by IP Telecom utilises the data connection on your Android device allowing you to make and receive calls without impacting on your mobile minutes, perfect for colleagues who wish to utilise their own device and keep billing separate.
With WorkPhone by IP Telecom, calls can ring to any device simultaneously or in rotation all without expensive mobile call forwarding. Multiple devices can be set to make and receive calls including smartphones, computers and tablets, all via your IP Telecom business phone system. Calls can be transferred between colleagues and calls via extensions function as standard, free, internal calls across the phone system.
Designed for the modern business, WorkPhone by IP Telecom, is provisioned and managed via the IP Telecom Hosted Phone system platform allowing enterprises full control and administration of their phone system in a single, convenient location
Important note
WorkPhone by IP Telecom is tied to your IP Telecom solution and requires an account to log in. Without an account, the app will not work as App functionality is dependent on your subscription. For more information or to contact our sales department please visit www.iptelecom.ie
Emergency Calls
WorkPhone by IP Telecom provides handling designed to redirect emergency calls to the Native Cellular dialler when possible, however this functionality is also dependent on the operating system of the mobile phone which is outside of our control and subject to change at any time. As a result, the official position of IP Telecom is that WorkPhone by IP Telecom is not intended, designed, or fit for placing, carrying, or supporting Emergency Calls. IP Telecom will not be liable for any costs or damages arising either directly nor indirectly from the use of the software for Emergency Calls. Using WorkPhone by IP Telecom as a default dialler may interfere with dialling emergency services.
