Funtsean, komunikazio kanal berri bat eskaintzen da, orain artekoen osagarri izango dena. Ondoko aukerak eskaintzen ditu:
- Albisteak: herritarren intereseko albisteak argitaratuko dira bertan.
- Idatzi udalari: herritarrek Udalera edozein motako jakinarazpen, ohar, kexa, iradokizun edo proposamen bidaltzeko aukera izango dute atal honen bidez.
- Agenda: herriko agenda izango da, udalak zein herriko eragile ezberdinek antolatutako ekintzena.
- Tramiteak: udalarekin online egin daitezkeen tramiteen zerrenda.
- Parte hartzea: hainbat gairen inguruan herritarren iritzia ezagutzeko txokoa.
- Garraioak: garraio publikoen ordutegiak.
- Farmaziak: guardiako eta Gipuzkoako farmazien bilatzailea.
- Ezagutu: herriko txoko interesgarrien berri emango da bertan.
- Parekide: berdintasun arloaren atala.
- Eragileak: eragileen inguruko informazioa, modu ikusgarri batean.

Alegia APP, más cerca de ti
La aplicación del Ayuntamiento de Alegia tiene como objetivo facilitar y agilizar la comunicación entre la ciudadanía y el Ayuntamiento. Mediante los dispositivos móviles, los vecinos tendrán a mano numerosos servicios municipales y al mismo tiempo, podrán contactar de forma muy sencilla con el Ayuntamiento.
Esta aplicación, que complementará las herramientas de comunicación que existen hasta la fecha, permite:
- Noticias de interés.
- Escribir al Ayuntamiento: el ciudadano podrá enviar al Ayuntamiento todo tipo de notificaciones, avisos, quejas, sugerencias o propuestas.
- Agenda de actividades organizadas tanto por el ayuntamiento como por los distintos colectivos de Alegia.
- Trámites: listado de los trámites online que se pueden realizar.
- Participación: espacio para conocer la opinión de la ciudadanía sobre diferentes temas.
- Transportes: horarios de transporte público.
- Farmacias: buscador de farmacias de guardia en la localidad y en Gipuzkoa.
- Conoce: mapa de rincones de interés del municipio.
- Igualdad. Sección sobre igualdad.
- Agrupaciones municipales: Información sobre agrupaciones y colectivos de la localidad.
- Multimedia: vídeos realizados en actividades locales.
- Reservas: opción de reservar instalaciones e infraestructuras municipales.
