Açıklama
O aplicativo ConectABR pode ser utilizado por Síndicos, Porteiros, Moradores e possui diversos recursos, dentre os principais:
• AVISOS: Comunicados enviados pelos síndicos de forma personalizada individual, por torres ou a todos os moradores que recebem online através de notificações push via aplicativo no celular ou portal na web.
• RESERVAS: Moradores realizam reservas dos espaços comuns (churrasqueiras, salão de festas…) através do app ConectABR. Chega de ligar na portaria ou síndico para consultar a agenda dos espaços.
• CORRESPONDÊNCIAS: Ansioso pela entrega da encomenda que está para chegar? Porteiros tiram fotos dos pacotes e o morador recebe um QRCode para retirada do mesmo na portaria. Chega de caderninhos com letras que ninguém entende.
• ACESSOS: “Diarista Maria chegou em seu condomínio” essa é a notificação que você recebe no seu app ConectABR quando alguém chega na sua casa! Todo o controle de entrada e saída do condomínio registrado! Chega de falhas de seguranças, torne seu patrimônio mais seguro e valorizado.
