描述
Die craft.ROADSHOW App dient den Schülerinnen und Schülern dazu Informationen zu knapp 130 verschiedenen Handwerksberufen zu bekommen. Außerdem können die Schülerinnen und Schüler auf der Suche nach einem Praktikum in einem Handwerksberuf unkompliziert über die App Kontakt aufnehmen. Ziel ist die schnelle Vermittlung der Schülerinnen und Schüler in einen passenden Handwerksbetrieb.
Das Handwerk in Karlsruhe stellt zahlreiche, wertvolle Arbeits- und Ausbildungsplätze zur Verfügung. Damit leistet das Handwerk einen bedeutenden Beitrag zur Stärkung des Wirtschaftsstandorts Karlsruhe. Als traditionell zuverlässige und kompetente Partner sichern das Handwerk und seine Interessensvertretungen die Daseinsvorsorge und Lebensqualität. Die Ausrichtung des unternehmerischen Handelns des Handwerks an Werten wie Qualität von Arbeit und Ausbildung, Nachhaltigkeit oder sozialer Verantwortung ist ein wichtiger Faktor der wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Stabilität in unserer Stadt. Gerade das Thema Nachwuchsgewinnung stellt das lokale Handwerk immer mehr vor die Herausforderung, die gewohnte Qualität der Arbeit im eigenen, wie auch im Interesse der Bürgerinnen und Bürger bereitstellen zu können.
Die Wirtschaftsförderung der Stadt Karlsruhe macht es sich daher – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Kreishandwerkerschaft Region Karlsruhe – zur Aufgabe, das lokale Handwerk durch eine neuartige und zeitgemäße Maßnahme zur Nachwuchsgewinnung an Schulen im Stadtkreis Karlsruhe aktiv zu fördern.
