- Δυνατότητα αποστολής alert για άμεση κλήση από το 24ωρο Κέντρο Λήψης Σημάτων της Spartan στο τηλέφωνο του χρήστη για επιπλέον διευκρινήσεις της ανάγκης (call back)
- Αποστολή της ακριβής τοποθεσίας του χρήστη την ώρα του συμβάντος (απαιτείται GPS στη συσκευή ή σύνδεση Internet τη στιγμή του συμβάντος)
- Άμεση αποστολή των δεδομένων μέσω SMS (δεν απαιτείται σύνδεση Internet)
- Για λόγους ασφαλείας δεν αποθηκεύονται ή δεν αποστέλλονται ευαίσθητα προσωπικά δεδομένα του χρήστη, παρά μόνο ονοματεπώνυμο, αριθμός τηλεφώνου και e-mail.
- Σε περίπτωση αιτήματος κλήσης από το Κέντρο Λήψης Σημάτων Επειγόντων SMS στο τηλέφωνο του χρήστη, δεν υπάρχει καμία επιπλέον χρέωση πέραν της αρχικής του alert SMS.
