Primăria Sectorului 6 pune la dispoziția cetățenilor noua aplicație de mobil care devine un instrument digital facil atât pentru locuitorii Sectorului 6 cât și pentru cei aflați în tranzit sau care au diverse nevoi care țin de administrația publică locală.
Cu o interfață prietenoasă, foarte ușor de accesat și utilizat, aplicația este disponibilă pentru toți posesorii de dispozitive mobile Android și IOS.
Principalele funcționalități sunt posibilitatea plății taxelor și impozitelor direct din aplicație, managementul parcării de reședință, modulul interactiv de sesizări prin care se pot raporta diferite probleme, noutăți din Sectorul 6, galerii de imagini precum și posibilitatea apelării rapide a Primăriei Sector 6.
Modulul de sesizări prezintă câteva caracteristici extrem de importante, în sensul că orice sesizare ajunge, în funcție de tipul problemei, direct la responsabilul abilitat să rezolve problema respectivă. De asemenea se poate vizualiza în permanență statusul sesizării, respectiv când este preluată de funcționarul responsabil, cât timp este în așteptare pentru soluționare sau când este soluționată. Pentru fiecare sesizare preluată se poate purta un dialog interactiv cu funcționarii care au preluat sesizarea, generându-se astfel un istoric al dialogului.
Pentru modulul de taxe și impozite și cel legat de gestiunea parcărilor este nevoie de un cont validat de operatorii speciali desemnați în acest sens, fiind vorba de informații cu caracter personal. Validarea se realizează în maxim 48 de ore de la înregistrarea în aplicație.
Niciodată nu a fost mai ușor să fie plătite taxele, impozitele și amenzile direct din aplicație, cu un card bancar. Plățile sunt toate realizate în siguranță prin parteneriatul cu euplatesc.ro iar înregistrarea acestora în sistem este automată.
Modulul legat de parcările de reședință conferă acces direct la platforma online a Serviciului Parcaje de Reședință, ce poate fi consultată pentru dobândirea unui loc de parcare în cadrul parcajelor de reședință din sector. De asemenea se pot actualiza în timp real datele pentru un contract existent.
Partea legată de noutățile din Sectorul 6 vă conferă acces instant la tot ce se întâmplă în Sectorul 6, la proiectele Primăriei Sector 6 precum și la comunicatele de presă oficiale sau galerii de imagini din Sectorul 6.
