EX® Program Duo gives active, sponsored EX Program Premium users access to their coaching experience to quit smoking, vaping, dipping or chewing tobacco – for good! EX Program Duo puts an EX Coach in your pocket for on-the-go confidential support throughout your quit journey.

*Please note: Your EX Program account gives you real-time access to a certified tobacco treatment specialist EX Coach. The EX Program Duo app is only available to eligible, registered users with an active sponsor (such as an employer or health plan).

With the EX Program Duo app, you can:

- Connect immediately with an available EX Coach in English or Spanish
- Get answers to your quitting questions
- Chat about any topic that is stressing you out or putting your quit at risk
- Discuss your feelings about quitting – even if you aren’t ready to quit yet
- Learn strategies to cope with cravings, withdrawal, stress, or anxiety
- Find support to help someone else quit smoking, vaping, dipping or chewing
