Med Fibio kan du koppla samtal, hålla koll på kollegor, vidarekoppla nummer och mycket mer. Ni får ett komplett hänvisningssystem med bl.a: avancerade röstbrevlådor, hänvisning, talad hänvisning, kalenderintegration m m som sköts direkt via app i din mobiltelefon.
Fastnätsnummer i mobilen:
Med Mex kan du knyta befintliga direktvalsnummer i växeln till mobilen. Ni behöver bara hålla reda på ett telefonnummer – fastnätsnumret. Du får då tillgång till växelns alla telefonitjänster direkt i mobilen som om det vore en fast telefon.
Koppla aktivt samtal mellan dina enheter:
Om du svara i mobilen kan du flytta över samtalet till din fasta telefon när du kommer till ditt kontor och fortsätta där. Med Fibiofår du full frihet och använder den telefon som passar bäst. Alltid!
Profiler bestämmer hur och var du vill svara:
En av de mest värdefulla funktionerna är att du inte behöver hålla koll på dina kollegors olika direkt- och mobilnummer. Det räcker att du kan namnen. Dina kollegor ställer in hur de vill svara med sina profiler.
Full kontroll på kollegor och köer:
Ha kolla på om dina kollegor är upptagna eller lediga så slipper du vänta i onödan. Logga in i och ut ur köer direkt i appen.
