Description
Aplikacja składa się z trzech modułów:
• moduł e-TOLL – zapewnia optymalną realizację przewozów, bo powiadamia kierowcę o wystąpieniu problemów z przesyłaniem danych do systemu e-TOLL (np. brak zasięgu);
• moduł Zadania – umożliwia płynną i wygodną komunikację z kierowcą oraz stały monitoring realizacji zlecenia na komputerze i na telefonie;
• moduł Płaca Zagraniczna pozwala dokonać importu załadunków i rozładunków, optymalizując tym samym proces naliczania wynagrodzeń kierowców tak, aby przewoźnicy dopłacali do zagranicznych płac tylko w sytuacji, gdy jest to wymagane przepisami.
Nowy moduł Płaca Zagraniczna – pakiet mobilności luty 2022
Moduł Płaca Zagraniczna to nowość w aplikacji Inelo Drive. Stworzyliśmy go po to, żeby pomóc ci przejść przez zmiany pakietu mobilności. Moduł pozwala na sprawny import załadunków i rozładunków z poziomu aplikacji, optymalizując tym samym proces naliczania wynagrodzeń kierowców.
Kierowca za pomocą programu ręcznie wypełnia zdarzenia załadunków i rozładunków, wskazując:
• typ zdarzenia (załadunek, rozładunek częściowy, rozładunek pełny);
• datę i czas zdarzenia;
• kraj;
• opis (np. miasto, numer CMR i ważne szczegóły załadunku).
Inelo Drive w praktyce
Zmiana kierowców: w chwili kiedy kierowca pobiera załadowany pojazd, wpisuje w aplikacji odpowiednią ilość załadunków z obecną datą i krajem. Kierowca, który pozostawia załadowany pojazd, wybiera w aplikacji odpowiednią ilość rozładunków, także wpisując datę i kraj. W przypadku jazdy w załodze każdy z kierowców niezależnie uzupełnia dane dotyczące załadunków i rozładunków.
