描述
MiVoice is a South African HR management solution built specifically for the employment of domestic workers, ensuring that both parties are legally compliant and better off. The MiVoice App governs all employment related tasks, including legal employment contracts, pay slips and UIF calculations and also offers smart time and task management, personal emergency and security features, commuter accident insurance and a zero-cost wallet to hold and spend the domestic worker’s well-earned salary.

LEGAL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS - MiVoice automatically generates an official, legal employment contract, formalising the working relationship and protecting both parties.
EASY HR MANAGEMENT - Access a full suite of HR tools to track and manage annual leave, sick leave, UIF, pay slips and salary proof of payment.
ZERO-COST WALLET – Domestic employees can hold and spend their salary in a digital wallet which is 100% FREE to the employee, removing the need for risky cash or a costly bank account.
REALTIME TASK MANAGER - Set daily tasks which are shown in real time once completed, improving communication around expectations and work effectiveness.
PERSONAL EMERGENCY SECURITY FEATURES – Both employers and employees will have access to world-class emergency features, which:
1) Gives an emergency alert to 5 pre-selected in case of emergency (ICE) contacts. (We call them ICE Angels).
2) Call in armed response from the closest security vehicle, regardless of security company.
3) Send an ambulance immediately to your location.
COMMUTER ACCIDENT INSURANCE - If the employee dies in a vehicle accident on route to or from work, the employee’s beneficiaries will receive pay out of R10 000. If she or he is hospitalised with an injury post a vehicle accident on route to or from work, both the employer and employee will receive R250 per day hospitalised. (T&Cs apply).
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE REGISTER - A Covid-19 compliant sign-in register, incorporating a geolocation sign-in and sign-out feature, keeps track of time worked objectively and accurately.
