- Live Experience demo app allows you to showcase various customer in-app engagement scenarios with voice, video, screen share, annotations, and SMS channels. Each engagement scenario lets you choose an initial engagement channel with the customer and provides you with an option to upgrade or add other channels during the engagement.
The demo app also includes the KYC scenario for the digital identification engagement workflow.
