Rainbow
Alcatel-Lucent Rainbow is a secure and relationship-building engine that facilitates quick, seamless collaboration between its users.
It allows users to swiftly interact with each other through chat, voice or video and to share screens and files with astonishing ease.
But Rainbow goes beyond simple messaging and sharing. Rainbow leverages the latest technologies to securely integrate into your organization’s existing business processes, applications, and workflows, while streamlining user adoption, minimizing user disruption, and solving customer challenges.
Rainbow helps you connect to the future through optimized time-management, secure platform access, and strict data integrity.

COMMUNICATE AND COLLABORATE
- Initiate high-definition audio and video calls.
- Start group chats (bubbles) to communicate with your teams and business contacts.
- Add people from outside your organization (Guests) in your conversations.
- Create or join audio and video meetings with up to 120 participants.
- Use channels to broadcast information inside or outside your organization.
- Always stay connected so you never miss messages, calls, meetings or any other event.
- Manage your phone calls (via the cellular network or using Voice over IP) through your enterprise telephony system, access your voicemail and much more.

ORGANIZE AND SHARE
- Share contents you want in your conversations (pictures, files, videos, animated GIFs, voice memos, locations).
- Search for people, bubbles, channels, files or text messages.
- Manage your contact network, see presence of your colleagues or people outside your company.
