Med Simple Mobile kan du koppla samtal, hålla koll på kollegor, vidarekoppla nummer och mycket mer. Ni får ett komplett hänvisningssystem med bl.a: avancerade röstbrevlådor, hänvisning, talad hänvisning, kalenderintegration m m som sköts direkt via app i din mobiltelefon.
Fastnätsnummer i mobilen:
Med Mex kan du knyta befintliga direktvalsnummer i växeln till mobilen. Ni behöver bara hålla reda på ett telefonnummer – fastnätsnumret. Du får då tillgång till växelns alla telefonitjänster direkt i mobilen som om det vore en fast telefon.
Koppla aktivt samtal mellan dina enheter:
Om du svara i mobilen kan du flytta över samtalet till din fasta telefon när du kommer till ditt kontor och fortsätta där. Med Simple Mobile får du full frihet och använder den telefon som passar bäst. Alltid!
Profiler bestämmer hur och var du vill svara:
