Com a solução de Ramal Remoto, é possível receber e fazer chamadas internas através do seu smartphone, mesmo não estando dentro da rede do condomínio.
Essa tecnologia traz ainda mais flexibilidade e comodidade aos usuários do sistema de Interfonia Digital.
O morador do condomínio não precisa estar em sua casa para poder receber ou fazer ligações internas. Utilizando a tecnologia de Ramal Remoto integrada à Interfonia Digital do Condomínio Inteligente, ele pode instalar o Vianet Mobile App nos seus dispositivos móveis (smartphone, tablet, notebook etc.) e atender uma ligação da portaria, de outro morador ou até mesmo uma ligação externa da linha fixa do seu telefone em qualquer lugar do mundo.
O morador poderá usufruir de seu Ramal Remoto como se estivesse na comodidade do seu lar, basta ter acesso à internet!

• Suporte individual com fornecimento de login, senha e tutorial para a ativação do serviço em dispositivos compatíveis ao sistema;
• Recurso disponível através de softphone instalado pelo cliente em seu smartphone. O softphone é de escolha do cliente. A Vianet gerencia exclusivamente a interface do softphone com a função de Ramal Remoto do PBX IP.
