With the åppi application you can learn and have fun. Wandering along the River Aura banks you can learn about remarkable historical points marked on the map via Augmented Reality experiences. You will get information in a variety of ways: pictures, texts, videos, links and questions. You can access the AR features by walking close enough to the spots marked on the map. Enjoy!
åppi is an application offered by the City of Turku's education industry to pupils and students. The contents of the application are produced by students and teachers of Turku educational institutions and it has been developed as a collaboration between The City of Turku Education Division and CTRL Reality.
