Welcome to Aranui, a learning resource and rallying point for you as you progress on your journey towards learning more about te Ao Māori (the Māori world).
The app supports the delivery of the Ministry of Education Te Tāhuhu o te Mātauranga purpose:

We shape an education system that delivers equitable and excellent outcomes.
We've included some basic information on te reo Māori (the Māori language), tikanga (customs), mihimihi (acknowledgements and introductions), whakatauki (proverbs) and waiata (songs), to empower you with information and practical material in your daily life.
