Yes, it is possible with the "AVK Exam App" which is available free of cost on the play store. Using the "AVK Exam App" you can set online test/exam in any preferred languages (provided your mobile supports that language).
Conducting a fair online exam/ test without a supervisor during this pandemic situation is quite a challenging task. In that case, conducting a time-based online test/exam for each question will be a second option and to step ahead towards conducting a fair exam.
Using this app, a teacher can start with setting up 10 multiple choice questions and then proceed with the further steps to set the online test/exam successfully. Once the online exam/test is set then you will get an auto-generated code which you can share with your students/candidates willing to appear for the online test/ exam.
**Please note it's mandatory for a student/candidate to enter a valid code to appear for an online test/exam**
Key features:
- Teacher can set the online test/exam with the time allotted for each question.
- Teacher can set online test/exam in any language (provided your mobile support that language)
- Teacher should enter the necessary details and a valid Email-id in-app in order to receive the student’s marks.
- Teachers can share the auto-generated code with their students/candidates willing to appear for online tests/exams.
- Students should enter a valid code as well as other necessary details to start the online exam/test.
- Auto-generated mail will be sent to the teacher’s respective e-mail id, once the students successfully complete their online test/exam.
- Even students can share their marks via Mail or Whatsapp.
- While appearing for the online test/exam the student/candidate may skip the question and proceed to the next question in case the allotted time for that particular question is over.
- While appearing for the online exam/test, if the student/candidate minimizes their mobile screen, then the app will run in the background, as a result, the allotted time for the question will be over and it will be skipped respectively.
