BimBumBapp opera nelle due modalità: GENITORE e OPERATORE
Le APP di accesso alle funzionalità Operatore e Genitore sono realizzate per Smartphone e Tablet ed utilizzabili anche nella versione desktop.
Queste sono le funzioni principali disponibili in funzione del tipo di utente, individuato dalle proprie credenziali di accesso, ma le funzionalità del sistema completo sono molte di più e consentono la gestione dell’Asilo Nido o della Scuola dell’infanzia nel suo insieme. Consultate il sito internet per le informazioni complete.
In funzione del ruolo dell’utente le funzioni sono rese disponibili in modo da garantire la necessaria riservatezza, ed ogni utente accederà alle funzioni di volta in volta come redattore o fruitore dell’informazione, in funzione del ruolo che ricopre (genitore, operatore, amministratore di struttura).
1. Diario Giornaliero, ovvero le indicazioni sulle attività quotidiane svolte dal bambino e consultabili dal genitore.
2. Foto del bambino e delle attività svolte
3. Presenze del bambino, con la possibilità da parte del genitore di notificare preventivamente le assenze e sistema di sicurezza che notifica il genitore per assenze non preventivamente giustificate, con la funzione Appello.
4. Apertura di Ticket, ovvero segnalazioni inviate dai genitori alla Struttura che sono presentate agli Operatori, che ne confermano la presa visione.
BumBumBapp automatizza e semplifica tutte le attività di gestione degli Asili Nido e Scuole dell’infanzia.
I Genitori hanno una finestra aperta sul loro bambino e possono vedere in tempo reale le informazioni che la struttura mette a disposizione: attività giornaliere (… ha mangiato, ha riposato, ecc…), le foto disponibili, le comunicazioni importanti.
La funzione di allarme sull’appello giornaliero invia una notifica in caso di assenza non preventivamente giustificata, in modo da allertare il genitore ed evitare spiacevoli incidenti.
