Arun Deshpande, the legend has vast experience in coaching. He has given coaching to the Indian team on a regular basis for over two decades. Many of his students from the Indian team are World champions and International champions.
Arun Deshpande has also trained junior players under the banner of the All India Carrom Federation. He was the main faculty member of programs for coaching to the coaches all over India. The courses were conducted by the All India Carrom Federation. He has also visited Maldives, SriLanka, and Canada. He has written books and has produced VCDs which benefitted the players all over the globe. For 7 times he was Maharashtra state champion which is a record in itself (since 1976) and a national champion in singles, doubles, mixed doubles, and veteran singles.
Courses offered
Carrom Course for Beginners: (Total 15 Lessons)
This course is for those who are absolute beginners and even do not know how to arrange coins. The videos will teach you how to arrange coins, How to break in singles and in doubles. Sitting positions, some of the basic rules and how to play straight coins, and some of the basic strokes. You will love to learn from the videos. It is the best course for school students and those seniors interested to learn the game.

Carrom Course for Intermediate: (Total 21 Lessons)
The Intermediate course is not a very basic course and therefore, it is assumed that the player would know the fundamental rules and regulations of the game
These are players who would not reach the top 20% players in any respectable tournament in India. Such players need not be taught the game at a very basic level like taking single coins, break, etc. However, some useful tips are still given in the course in order to improve his basic skills further.

Carrom Course for Champions: (Total 32 Lessons)
The Champions Course is meant for the players who are able to reach the top 20% of players. However, they are unable to clinch the title in the tournaments due to their limitations of position handling and productive use of different strokes in Carrom.
