Description
Dadurch unterstützt die App die berufliche Integration ausländischer Pflegekräfte in Deutschland, die Fachkräftesicherung in der Pflege und letztendlich die pflegerische Versorgung von Patienten und Pflegeheimbewohnern in Deutschland.
Der Kurs ist an den Kundenbedarf, die Zielsetzung und das Kundensystem angepasst. Aus diesem Grund ist der Kurs sowohl für Einrichtungen der Kranken-/Altenpflege sowie der ambulanten Pflege als auch für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen gut geeignet.
Die Kursteilnehmer*innen lernen zu 100 % zeit- und ortsflexibel: Sie können von unterwegs oder von zu Hause die Online-Präsenztrainings mit den Trainer*innen besuchen oder selbstständig mit den E-Learning-Kursen lernen. Über die Kommunikationsplattform der App ist es jederzeit möglich, mit den Trainer*innen zu kommunizieren, um z. B. Fragen zu stellen.
Eine Integration des Kurses in den beruflichen Alltag der Mitarbeiter*innen ist somit durch sein sehr flexibles Format realisierbar.
Die Kursteilnehmer*innen können über die Commuio Health App
1. Sprach- & Kommunikationstrainings zum Pflegedeutsch mit qualifizierten Sprachtrainer*innen besuchen (Online-Präsenztrainings via Online-Klassenraum),
2. Kultur-, Kommunikations- & Integrationscoachings mit qualifizierten Coaches besuchen (Online-Präsenztrainings via Online-Klassenraum),
3. E-Learning-Kurse in ihrem Tempo selbstständig bearbeiten,
4. in der Gruppe kommunizieren.
Die App vermittelt kommunikative Kompetenzen als einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz.
Um ihren beruflichen Alltag kompetent zu bewältigen, müssen ausländische Pflegekräfte die deutsche Sprache mündlich und schriftlich professionell anwenden können. Deshalb liegt hierauf der Schwerpunkt der Kurse.
Außerdem sind erweiterte kommunikative Kompetenzen von Bedeutung - wie zum Beispiel die strukturierte Kommunikation, die wertschätzende Kommunikation oder der Umgang mit kritischen beruflichen Situationen, die Bezug zur deutschen Arbeitskultur haben. Das alles ist in unsere Pflegedeutschkurse mit integriert.
Die Commuio Health App beinhaltet hochwertige E-Learning-Kurse zum Selbstlernen in den Kategorien:
1. Fachsprache (z. B. Demenz, Wundmanagement, Palliative Care)
2. Fachgespräche mit Kollegen und Vorgesetzten (z. B. Übergabegespräch, Fallbesprechung)
3. Fachgespräche mit Ärzten (z. B. Visite, telefonische ärztliche Anordnungen)
4. Multiprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit, Fachkommunikation mit Kollegen aus anderen Einrichtungen und Dritten (z. B. Pflegeüberleitungsbogen, Fallbesprechung)
5. Kommunikation mit Patienten, Bewohnern und Angehörigen (z. B. Anleitungsgespräch, Aufklärungsgespräch)
6. Telefonieren im Beruf (z. B. telefonische Information, Beratung von Angehörigen)
7. Pflegedokumentation (z. B. Pflegebericht, Sturzprotokoll, Wunddokumentation)
8. Akutpflege, Kommunikation in Notsituationen (z. B. Patienten/Bewohner im Notfall beruhigen)
9. Kommunikation in kritischen beruflichen Situationen (z. B. Feedback, Kritikgespräch, Neinsagen)
10. Wertschätzende Kommunikation im Beruf (z. B. höfliche Kommunikation, Kommunikation mit Demenzkranken, aktives Zuhören und bewusstes Nachfragen)
Alle Kurse wurden in Zusammenarbeit mit Pflegeeinrichtungen und ausländischen Pflegekräften entwickelt und evaluiert.
Didaktisch werden die klar strukturierten Inhalte mit digitalen Medien kurzweilig und praxisorientiert präsentiert. Dazu zählen z.B. praxisbezogene Storytelling-Methoden, in denen mit Videos und Audios einzelne Patientenfälle gezeigt werden. Darüber hinaus gibt es praxisorientiertes Bildmaterial und Praxisübungen, in denen das Gelernte ausführlich trainiert werden kann. Es wurde dabei auf eine vereinfachte Sprache für die Aufklärung geachtet.
