**The Music Language**
Music is our universal language, and the basis to be able to communicate in it lies in the understanding of this language.

Regardless of your way of experiencing music, there are 4 main competencies that are always present at a cognitive level. Elements ME works with these 4 competencies to achieve an understanding, absorption, and mastering of the musical language.

- Rhythm: the engine and heart of music. With Elements ME, you will be able to develop the rhythmic skills needed to communicate in music, as well as obtaining all the extra benefits of this training.
