Again we have developed additional mobile app which is based on foods and health. This android app “Food for Health - ምግብ ለጤና” gives you some basic knowledge about foods when you are looking for them to treat your immune system. We have listed out more than 30 common diseases in the world, and to resolve them we have sort out ten food types for each of the diseases to keep our body healthy by consuming them. We have discovered that it is not important to describe out more than 10 or less than that for the treatment that could be done effectively. The more we concentrate on certain foods, the more we decide to take immediate action to solve the problems. The majority food types are available in all over the world. In case we might have mentioned some regional cuisines or dishes rarely. Nowadays our favorite food types are wide from place to place meanwhile we have ignored some natural food staffs. We do not consume them in our daily life. However we have still opportunities to keep our healthy in what we are depended on if we eat them in balance. So here we brought you this app to help you to get basic understanding about the foods which could defend the diseases that we have been attacked. We will develop the app in time intervals. Let’s make food our healthy protectors not only stuffing our stomach.

Any mobile user especially android phone owners could download and install it without any restriction. We have collected the data from different well trusted web sources. As long as poisoned foods are the main causes of different diseases, fresh foods are also medicines to prevent the bacteria to keep our healthy. So, even if nutritionists, chefs and food advisors are discovering different types of food preparations and consumption mechanisms, we just provided the information here for basic understanding. We have chosen natural food types that can be found naturally and cooked at home easily. Hence we are regarding to you to look for more sources if you are investigating additional food preparation methods. For instance if we mention soup in different parts, you need to find out more comprehensible or advanced references for more understanding. Or you may talk to the professionals wherever you are. So we have stated as much as we can and all the remaining responsibilities are depending on the users’ interest. We believe that this app has some function and fundamental service for our app users. እነሆ እንደተለመደው ልዩ የመረጃ ማዕከል አሁንም በአይነቱ ለየት ያለ በጣም ወሳኝ መተግበሪያ ይዞላችሁ ቀርቧል፡፡ "ይኸውም Food for Health - ምግብ ለጤና" ይሰኛል፡፡ የተለያዩ የህመም አይነቶችን ለማስታገስና ለማስወገድ እንዲሁም ራስን ለመጠበቅ የተለያዩ የምግብ አይነቶችን ባለን አቅም መመገብ እንድንችል ታስቦ የተሰራ መተግበሪያ ነው፡፡ ከ30 በላይ የተለመዱ የህመም አይነቶችን በመግለፅ እነዚህን በሽታዎች በምግብ አይነቶች ማከም እንደሚቻል በሰበሰብነው መረጃ መሰረት አቅርበናል፡፡ የምግብ ተዋፅኦዎቹ ለሁሉም አይነት ህመሞች አስር አስር ብቻ በማድረግ ያቀረብን ሲሆን ይህንንም ያደረግንበት ምክንያት ሲበዛም ሆነ ሲያንስ የሰው ትኩረት እንዳይዛነፍ ለማስቻል ያህል ነው፡፡ አብዛኞቹ ምግቦች በመላው አለም ላይ ሊገኙ የሚችሉ ሲሆን ምናልባትም አልፎ አልፎ አካባቢን መሰረት ያደረጉ አንዳንድ የምግብ አይነቶች ሊኖሩ ይችላሉ፡፡ የሰው ልጅ በየዘመናቱ የምግብ ምርጫው እየሰፋ ቢሄድም ነገር ግን በዛው ልክ አንዳንድ ተፈጥሯዊ ምግቦችን ባለማወቅ እየረሳቸው መጥቷል፡፡ የሆነ ሆኖ አሁን የምንመገባቸውን ምግቦች በማመጣጠን የምንወስዳቸው ከሆነ ለጤናችን ሁነኛ መፍትሄ ይሰጡናል፡፡ እንግዲህ እኛም ለግንዛቤ ያህል በዚህ መልኩ ከሰራን ለወደፊት እንደየአስፈላጊነቱ መተግበሪያውን እናሳድገዋለን፡፡ ምግብን ሆድ መሙያ ብቻ ሳይሆን ጤና መጠበቂያም እናድርገው!

ይህንን የሞባይል መተግበሪያ ማንኛውም የአንድሮይድ ተጠቃሚ ያለምንም ቅድመ ሁኔታ መጠቀም የሚችል ሲሆን መረጃዎቹም የተገኙት በአብዛኛው ከታመነባቸው ሙያዊ ምክረ ሀሳብ ከሚሰጡ ድረ-ገፆች ላይ የተገኙ መሆናቸውን መግለፅ እንፈልጋለን፡፡ ለብዙ በሽታዎች መፈጠር የተበላሹ ምግቦች አስተዋፅኦ እንደሚያደርጉት ሁሉ ትኩስና ተፈጥሯዊ ምግቦች ደግሞ በአግባቡና በልክ ከተወሰዱ ለጤና ፈውስ ናቸው፡፡ በዘመናችን የምግብ አጥኚዎችና ሼፎች ለዚህ አይነቱ የመረጃ ግኝት የየራሳቸውን አስተዋፅኦ ቢያበረክቱም በዚህ መተግበሪያ ላይ የቀረቡት የምግብ አይነቶች በይበልጥ በተፈጥሮ የሚገኙትን በመውሰድ ሲሆን ምናልባት ተጨማሪ የአበሳሰልና የአሰራር ሁኔታ የሚጠይቁ ካሉ ሌሎች መረጃዎችን መመልከት ግድ ይላል፡፡ ምግቦቹን እንዴትና በምን ያህል መጠን መጠቀም እንዳለብን ተጨማሪ የባለሙያ ሀሳቦችን ማወቅ ያስፈልጋል፡፡ በዚህ መሰረት ነገሩን ግልፅ ካደረግን እንግዲህ ይህ መተግበሪያ የሰውነታችንን ጤና በማስጠበቅ ረገድ ራሱን የቻለ ግብአት ይሆናል ማለት ነው፡፡ ጤናችሁ የተጠበቀ ይሁን፣ በአግባቡ እንመገብ!
