Post Creation and Management:
Teachers can create a wide range of posts including Notes, Events, Notices, Homework, Polls, Materials, Workshops, Menus & Food, School Activities, Discussions, Book/Article review, Remark on student, Syllabus, Timetable, Learning Highlights, Achievement Celebration, Book Recommendation, Curriculum, Useful Links and more. Each post type can be customized with stories, photos, and files such as class photos, event videos, or question banks. Teachers can control comment visibility, allowing comments to be visible only to teachers or to individual students and teachers. Additionally, posts can include options for file attachments and audio recordings. Notifications about new posts are sent to all students in the selected class, and posts can be shared school-wide or by standard from the admin app.
Homework and Grading:
Track pending homework, request resubmissions, and grade assignments with options to add remarks or comments, including audio recordings. Students can submit homework with file attachments, photos, or audio recordings and can also comment on their submissions. Gradebooks provide detailed performance metrics, and insights into homework completion and grading are easily accessible.
Attendance Management:
Monitor class attendance and notify students of their attendance status, including presence, absence, early leave, or late arrival. Generate monthly attendance reports for classes and individual students, and receive notifications on leave requests, including approvals or rejections.
Q&A Forum:
Engage in a subject-specific Q&A forum where students and teachers can create questions and provide answers. Responses can be upvoted or downvoted, fostering an interactive learning environment.
Exams and Weekly Tests:
Easily enter weekly test and exam marks, with automated progression to the next student for marks entry. View top performers, less performers, and detailed exam lists for individual students. Notification about exam results is sent to students, making it easier to track performance.
Insights and Notifications:
Get comprehensive daywise and weekwise insights into various activities such as homework deadlines, poll expirations, and event statuses. Receive notifications on homework submissions, grading, attendance, leave requests, exam marks, and more. Upcoming insights provide a preview of expiring homework, polls, and events.
School Fees and Marketplace:
View detailed reports on school fees, including pending and received payments. Explore the school marketplace for trips, webinars, seminars, meal menus, and stationery. Track bookings and payments through the admin app.
Emergency Features:
Students can use the panic button for emergencies, notifying all class teachers, admin, and parents. Audio recording and photo or video uploads can provide context. The emergency screen sends out critical notifications with distinct siren sounds for various school emergencies, including fire, natural disasters, or lockdowns.
School Information and Complaints Management:
Access a directory of school trustees, social media links, and location information. Manage school complaints with a system that allows students and teachers to submit issues, track status updates, and view resolutions.
Multilingual Support and App Guidance:
Available in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Access app guides, videos, FAQs, or contact support for assistance.
