描述
Desde la Asociación ANDAR, hemos podido llevar adelante la creación de esta herramienta, gracias al apoyo de InnovaSocial de Fundación “la Caixa” y Fundación Caja Navarra.
HERMES COMMUNITY
Es una plataforma y aplicación Web para la gestión y comunicación entre usuarios/as.
Diseñada para facilitar la coordinación entre profesionales con la intención de mejorar la calidad y eficacia de la intervención de cualquier entidad en la que se implante. La aplicación cuenta con varios perfiles:
Profesional (profesionales de la entidad), usuario (usuarios de la entidad que ya puedan usar sus propios dispositivos), familiar y usuarios profesionales (cualquier profesional de educación, sanidad, etc. que quiera coordinarse a través de la plataforma).
Asociación Andar
La Asociación es la Asociación Navarra de Apoyo a personas con Trastorno por déficit de Atención con o sin Hiperactividad (TDAH) de la Ribera de Navarra y sus familias.
Estamos situados en Tudela, Navarra y nuestra misión es “mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas con TDAH y la de sus familias”. Para ello, llevamos a cabo todas las actividades necesarias dirigidas tanto a personas con TDAH, como familiares. Además, impartimos formación y realizamos sensibilización social sobre TDAH.
La innovación forma parte de nuestro día a día, buscando la forma de mejorar nuestra eficacia. De ahí surgen ideas que nos permiten crear nuevas herramientas de ayuda como la que nos ha llevado hasta Hermes Community.
