При разработке программного обеспечения IPRbooks WV-Reader были учтены и исправлены все основные проблемы, которые зачастую встречаются в мобильных приложениях при совместной работе с Тalkback. В IPRbooks WV-Reader все элементы интерфейса (в том числе кнопки) дополнительно озвучены, что позволяет людям с ОВЗ ориентироваться в приложении, не испытывая затруднений.
Кроме того, в IPRbooks WV-Reader учтены и другие основные требования разработчиков Тalkback к мобильным приложениям для лиц с ОВЗ:
приложение выдержано в трех цветах: для текста используется черный цвет, для картинок — белый, общий фон экрана — серый;
все «кнопки», с помощью которых пользователь управляет приложением, достаточно укрупнены;
список элементов, выводимый на дисплей, не разбивается на две колонки, что очень важно для подобных приложений. Все элементы расположены последовательно в одну колонку во весь экран, что позволяет легко пролистывать информацию;
приложение снабжено функцией обратной голосовой связи с пользователем: все действия, которые происходят на экране, дублируются в голосовом формате.
Программное обеспечение IPRbooks WV-Reader проверено с помощью специального приложения Google (официальная конференция Google i/o 2017), которое позволяет определить, насколько интерфейс адаптирован к потребностям людей с ограниченными возможностями. Получено положительное заключение.
