Welcome to ITDP Nandurbar PO App, an easy-to-use app for effortlessly monitoring on school's students and their academics, health and many more.
ITDP stands for Integrated Tribal Development Project.
PO stands for Project Officer.
Using ITDP Nandurbar PO app, PO can track the teacher and students attendance, health of the students, school's supply and materials, Academic Progress, Establishment information, student's information, schools information accurately.
This app was specifically developed for Project officer of the Nandurbar district which is limited to Nandurbar district in Maharashtra.
The ITDP Nandurbar PO App facilitates the PO to monitor data like, Teachers and Students attendance, Health, Academic progress, Supply & Materials, Establishment, Schools & Student's info and Dropout ratio of all the schools covered under project officer efficiently.
Modules:
Attendance, where PO can see the student's attendance report cluster wise, school wise and download reports of the same. PO can get the report based on date wise as well.
TR Attend Report, where PO can see the Teacher Attendance Report cluster wise and school wise and download reports of the same. PO can get the report based on date wise as well.
SMC (School Management Committee), where PO can see the monthly meetings and decision taking towards the meetings. PO can also download the report of the same.
Health, where PO can see the health report of the students. PO can also see the Refer student list and Treated students list.
Academics Progress, where PO can see the cluster wise, and school wise academic progress. PO can download the report for the same.
Supply & Materials, where PO can see the available and in-use materials in the schools, also see the maintenance list of the materials.
Establishment, where PO can see the class-3 and class-4 staff availability based on the sanctioned, Filled and Vacant position.
Students, where PO can see the filtered data of the students available in all schools under their project office.
Schools, where PO can see all the schools under the project office with cluster wise and school wise filter.
Dropout, where PO can see the dropout ration of the students who are covered under their project office.
App Data Collection:
All the data collected from this app is used to generate reports to the heads of the schools on their web portal https://itdpnandurbar.org/ndbadmin/
Data Security:
We Ensure data security with encrypted cloud storage.
App Limitations:
- The PO cannot create a new account or change the password because all the authority is given to the admin login.
- Admin can create or change the password of the PO from their web login.
- This app is not permitted to work in landscape or horizontal mode.
- This app is only available for the tribal schools available in the Nandurbar district so other users have no meaning to use this app without credentials.
