描述
Sinds de verschijning van de JIMaanpak in 2016 zijn steeds meer organisaties met de JIMaanpak gaan werken. Door de positionering van een JIM, werken organisaties aan duurzame zorg, waarin het informele netwerk een belangrijke en langdurige rol krijgt. Door de positionering van een JIM worden uithuisplaatsingen voorkomen.
Er wordt binnen diverse contexten met de JIMaanpak gewerkt: op school, in de wijk, bij ambulante zorgtrajecten en binnen de GGZ en residentiële groepen. Voor de jongeren, ouders en JIM maakt het niet uit, maar voor organisaties doet het ertoe vanuit welke context je werkt. Wij van JIMwerkt helpen en begeleiden organisaties bij het implementeren van de JIMaanpak.
JIMwerkt leidt jeugdzorg-professionals op zodat zij het beste uit de JIMaanpak kunnen halen. De online leeromgeving ondersteunt jou hierbij. Binnen de app omgeving kun je de training geheel volgen zoals deze ook in de online (web) omgeving staat. Ook kun je je training voortzetten mocht je deze al zijn gestart op een ander apparaat. Zo kun jij flexibel aan de slag met de JIMwerkt training.
