Why do we need such a platform?
• number of people willing to learn English is constantly increasing
• many learners cannot afford, or do not have the time for, regular English language classes or courses
• many people get confused when faced with huge amounts of online resources
• they can’t decide about resources that suit their level, age group, needs and interests

• provide teachers with appropriate resources for promoting their professional development, and enhance the quality of their students’ learning
