Este es el prototipo de una guía breve del habla cotidiana en náhuatl, para sus variantes del centro de Puebla (ncx) y de la Sierra nororiental de Puebla (ncj), con su respectiva significación en español e inglés.
Esta guía se pretende comprenda nociones generales para los siguientes ejes temáticos: 1) frases de cortesía; 2) formas de interrogación; 3) conectores; 4) numeración y colores; 5) verbos; 6) adjetivos; 7) nombres del ajuar, lugares de la casa y alimentos; 8) lugares del pueblo y su entorno; 9) tiempo, ubicación espacial, y cielo; 10) familia, parentesco e identidad psico-corporal; 12) existencia y filosofía; y 13) nociones adicionales.
La autoría de los audios respectivos es de los nahuablantes José Genaro Emiliano Medina Ramos (ncx) y Estela López Teodoro (ncj), cuya biografía y pensamiento generales se pueden consultar en la app Nahuablante.
Macehualtlahtolli se actualiza por lo menos una vez cada 15 días y es gratuita.
La app se construyó con FieldWorks, WeSay, Dictionary App Builder, Gimp, Audacity, y SirinStencil Font. El logotipo y su tipografía respectiva están basados en un diseño original que ostenta una licencia Creative Commons Atribución-CompartirIgual 4.0 Internacional.

This is the prototype of a brief reference book for the everyday spoken nahuatl language on two of its variants: Central Puebla Nahuatl (ncx) and Northern Puebla Nahuatl (ncj), including its proper translation in Spanish and English.
The main epistemological areas that comprise this reference book are: 1) polite expressions; 2) interrogative sentences; 3) connectors; 4) numbering and colors; 5) verbs; 6) adjectives; 7) household effects, common areas of the house, and food; 8) places in town (pueblo) and its surroundings; 9) time, space, and sky elements; 10) family, kinship and mind-body identity; 11) life, existence and thought; and 12) additional concepts.
The nahua collaborators José Genaro Emiliano Medina Ramos (ncx) and Estela López Teodoro (ncj) hold the respective authorship for the voice clips included. A brief summary of their biography and thinking can be consulted on the Nahuablante app.
Macehualtlahtolli is updated at least once every 15 days and it's free.
