Upon logging into the app, students can choose from a curated list of courses specifically designed by professional cricket players and expert coaches. Each course focuses on particular skills such as batting techniques, bowling variations, fielding drills, or cricket-specific fitness routines. The videos included in each course are crafted to be clear, practical, and easy to follow, enabling students to practice independently at their own pace. After going through the instructional videos, students are required to upload their own practice videos through the app. This critical feature allows coaches to observe the students’ techniques, movements, and progress in real-time and offer personalized feedback.
Once a video is uploaded, the student gains the opportunity to connect directly with the Academy's coaches via a paid chat system. The payment unlocks a fixed number of interactions or "sessions," where each session allows the student to ask specific questions related to their uploaded video. Whether a student is seeking advice on refining their batting stance, adjusting their bowling grip, improving their body balance, or any other technical aspect of their game, they can discuss it in detail with the coach through the app's chat interface. The system is designed to promote focused conversations; for each question asked, one session is deducted from the total number of available sessions. Once all the allocated sessions are used, the student must make an additional payment to continue engaging with the coach.
This method ensures that students make the most of their opportunities to learn, encouraging them to think critically about their game and ask meaningful, specific questions rather than generalized doubts. It fosters a more disciplined and goal-oriented approach to personal development, much like the values that the Super Kings Academy itself upholds. The app’s structure mirrors real-world professional coaching environments where athletes prepare well-thought-out questions before meeting with their coaches, maximizing the value of each session.
In addition to providing a seamless channel for communication, the app maintains the highest levels of security and privacy. All videos uploaded by the students are accessible only to authorized Academy coaches and the students themselves. This closed environment ensures that students can share their performances without hesitation, receiving constructive feedback without the pressure of external judgment. Moreover, by keeping the interaction strictly between student and coach, the app nurtures a trusting relationship where honest assessments and real improvements can take place.
The Super Kings Academy E-Learning Coaching App also empowers students to take ownership of their own cricketing journey. Rather than passively attending sessions, students are encouraged to be active participants in their development.
