Stop juggling through multiple sheets of paper, tally counters, clickers, stopwatches, and apps. This only increases your cognitive load and distracts you from what matters: helping your students with a top-quality service.
TallyFlex allows you:
- Register to backup and synchronize your data across all your devices
- Add as many students as you need
- Track multiple behaviors simultaneously
- Collect Antecedent-Behavior-Consequence (ABC) data easily and fast
- Frequency
- Duration
- Latency
- Partial Interval
- Whole Interval
- Revert incorrect data collected by long-pressing the corresponding tracker
- Get notified periodically if a Duration or Latency tracker is running
- Get notified when a session is about to end to start wrapping things up
- Add notes during a session
- Add trackers during a session for new behaviors that might appear
- Use a Visual Timer which can be expanded to the entire screen, with a 5 seconds countdown at the end
- Get an overview of a session showing when each behavior occurred, which could help identify correlations between behaviors, settings, etc
- Adjust all the data collected in the session overview
- Add mood to the session
- Add a flag to a session to better identify those where something out of the ordinary happened
- View all past sessions with an easy-to-use calendar, which allows you to filter sessions by students
Antecedent-Behavior-Consequence (ABC) data collection is essential to understand the context under which certain behaviors occur. To make it easier and faster for you, TallyFlex auto-fills and autocompletes some of this information, saving you time and allowing you to stay focused.
Whether you're a parent, teacher, or therapist, our goal with TallyFlex is to allow you to help others by making it easier to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. To simplify data collection during behavioral therapies and reduce distractions and cognitive load.
ABA therapy is intended to be flexible and adapted to each individual's needs. Some look for tally counters or clickers, others for timers. You end up constantly switching contexts during your behavioral therapy and having to aggregate all this data by hand, leading to errors and taking a lot of time. TallyFlex combines all those tools into a simple and intuitive application, showing all front and center at a tap of a button.
