描述
Το εταιρικό σχήμα του έργου συντονίζεται από το Δήμο Μαντάν (Επικεφαλής Δικαιούχος) και περιλαμβάνει επίσης ως εταίρους δικαιούχους το Δήμο Πυλαίας - Χορτιάτη, το Δημοκρίτειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θράκης (Τμήμα Μηχανικών Παραγωγής και Διοίκησης), το Διεθνές Πανεπιστήμιο της Ελλάδος (Τμήμα Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων) και το Πανεπιστήμιο Μεταλλευτικής και Γεωλογίας «Αγ. Ιβάν Ρίλκσι».
Ο γενικός στόχος του έργου Terra-Mine είναι η διατήρηση και αξιοποίηση των παλαιών μεταλλείων και λατομείων της διασυνοριακής περιοχής για τουριστικούς σκοπούς, ενδυναμώνοντας τη συνεργασία μεταξύ των τοπικών φορέων, καθώς και ενισχύοντας τις δεξιότητές τους.
Στα πλαίσια του έργου αναπτύχθηκε μια εφαρμογή ξενάγησης για κινητά τηλέφωνα (mobile application) με λειτουργικό Android και iOS, με χρήση beacons και QR codes σε plexiglass βάση, τα οποία έχουν εγκατασταθεί σε χώρους πλησίον της λατομικής περιοχής, δίνοντας στους χρήστες τις παρακάτω δυνατότητες:
• να περιηγηθούν ψηφιακά στη λατομική περιοχή του Δήμου Πυλαίας – Χορτιάτη,
• να επιλέξουν τους προορισμούς που θέλουν να επισκεφθούν,
• να δημιουργήσουν διαδρομές στα προτεινόμενα σημεία περιήγησης
• να αντλήσουν πληροφορίες για τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος
συνδυάζοντας τα πλέον καινοτόμα διαδραστικά εργαλεία όπως η εικονική πραγματικότητα και η επαυξημένη πραγματικότητα.
Με τη συγχρηματοδότηση του Ευρωπαϊκού Ταμείου Περιφερειακής Ανάπτυξης (ΕΤΠΑ – 85%) και εθνικούς πόρους (15%) των χωρών που συμμετέχουν στο Πρόγραμμα Συνεργασίας INTERREG - V-A “GREECE - BULGARIA 2014 - 2020”.
