描述
Sovelluksella voi hoitaa lasten sisään- ja uloskirjaukset, hakea yksitellen lapsia muista ryhmistä omaan ryhmään hoitopäivän ajaksi sekä merkitä lasten poissaolot. Myös ryhmän henkilökunnan määrän voi syöttää päiväkohtaisesti. Sovelluksessa on historianäkymä, jossa voi kätevästi selata kunkin päivän kirjauksia, merkintöjä sekä henkilökuntamäärää ja korjata niitä tarvittaessa.
Koko henkilökunta voi käyttää samalla laitteella sovellusta turvallisesti, sillä sovelluksen käyttö edellyttää henkilökohtaista PIN-koodia. Jos käyttäjä ei muista itse kirjautua ulos käytön lopetettuaan, hänet kirjataan automaattisesti ulos hetken kuluttua.
Kun sovellus otetaan ensimmäisen kerran käyttöön, kukin käyttäjä lisää siihen käyttäjätilinsä ja luo oman PIN-koodinsa. Käyttäjätilin voi lisätä joko QR-koodilla esim. tietokoneselaimen avulla tai valitsemalla sovelluksessa listalta oman Wilman ja syöttämällä tunnuksen ja salasanan. Uusia käyttäjiä voi lisätä aina myöhemminkin.
Wilma Daycare on vain Visman varhaiskasvatuspalveluasiakkaiden käytettävissä.
