Daily routine updates and portfolios full of pictures, videos and milestones are created automagically from your observations and shared with parents.
Draft Beautiful learning observations
Our app comes pre-loaded with your learning framework so that you can add your curriculum and map it instantly. The childcare app works with Montessori preschools too!
Digital attendance Kiosk
Our app allows your staff and parents to sign in using our Kiosk system which will help you automate your sign in and sign out process.
With our childcare all in one app, educators can spend more time with the children, and everyone can spend less time on paperwork!
FEATURES
CHILD CARE DAILY ROUTINE Updates
• Daily Routines - Meals, snacks, sleep checks, toileting, activities and observations, medication and mood
• Custom Activities – Create your own activities to post it to the families or keep it for your internal records.
Digital Kiosk
• Educators can check in children in bulk, record drop-off and pick-up
• Parents can check in and Check out children
• Staff can check in to the centre and rooms and record break times.
LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT
• Photo and video observations - Tag observations with images from the rooms
• Development reports - Follow a child’s early years development and create a learning story for each child at your centre
• Framework and curriculum assessment - Align to early learning guidelines and with Reggio, play-based, EYLF, MTOP and Montessori framework
