描述
Tanto si eres un organizador de eventos, como si eres un expositor esta app está diseñada para ti.
Si eres un organizador podrás:
- Acreditar a tus participantes scaneando el código QR desde tu propio móvil.
- Imprimir la acreditación de sus participantes si el evento así lo requiere simplemente escaneando el código.
- Acceder al buscador de participantes inscritos para aquellos casos en los que el participante haya olvidado su código o pase.
- Conocer de primera mano toda la información del participante así como si tiene pagos pendientes o es apto o no para poder asistir a una actividad del evento.
- Scanear acumulando códigos cuando no se tenga conexión a internet.
- Elegir el modo de scaneo, en modo continuo (sólo se detiene si el participante tiene algún pago pendiente o el código no es válido) o mostrando cada vez la información del participante.
- Obtener estadísticas en tiempo real.
Si eres un expositor o patrocinador podrás:
- Scanear el código de todas las visitas que se produzcan en su stand.
- Obtener la información de los mismos en tiempo real desde su área privada.
Con TFE Scan el organizador también podrá controlar la asistencia a las distintas actividades del evento para tenerlo todo bajo control.
