MONEY TRANSFER
Add Money
You can load money into your IME wallet account from various available mediums:
• Linked Bank: You can link your bank account to your IME Pay Wallet via Bank Branch or M-Banking. Once linked, you can instantly add money to your wallet or deposit to your bank without logging into the banking portal again.
• E-banking/M-banking: You can also one-time login to their E-banking or M-banking portal and add money to your IME Pay wallet account.
• Connect IPS: Connect IPS is a single payment platform that allows you to link your bank account to enable payment processes, fund transfer, and bill payments.
• Nearby Agents: IME has a nationwide network of agents, so alternatively, you may also visit any nearby IME Agent and add money to your IME Pay wallet at the counter.
Send Money
Send money feature makes IME Pay users to conveniently send/ transfer money to desired destinations:
• IME Pay Wallet transfer: Transfer money to any other IME Pay user wallet account.
• Cash Pickup: Easily withdraw cash from nearby IME Agents
• Bank Deposit: Instantly send the desired amount to any bank account.
Withdraw Money
You can withdraw the desired amount from nearby IME Agents. Scan the QR code located in agent counters and cash out the desired amount.
Request Money
You can also request the desired amount to your friends and family. Both parties should be IME Pay users.
