[지원 기기]
- 안드로이드 OS 6.0 이상 단말
- 루팅 등 운영체제가 변조된 단말기에서는 서비스 이용이 불가합니다.
- 삼성 Galaxy S시리즈, 삼성 Galaxy 노트 시리즈, LG V 시리즈 이외의 스마트폰에서는 단말 특성상 정상 동작하지 않을 수 있습니다.
- KICASign 앱에 대한 궁금하신 점은 고객센터(1577-8787)로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.
[서비스 접근권한 안내]
* 필수적 접근권한
- 전화: 휴대폰 상태 확인 및 고객센터 전화 연결을 위해 사용
- 저장공간: 공동인증서 저장 및 이용을 위해 사용
(Android OS 10부터는 저장공간에 대한 권한 요청이 필요하지 않으며, Android OS 9 이하 버전에서는 필수 권한입니다.)
* 선택적 접근권한
- 카메라: QR Code 인식 기능을 제공하기 위해 사용
* 선택적 접근권한은 동의하지 않아도 서비스 이용이 가능합니다.
* 선택적 접근권한 미동의시 해당 기능의 이용이 어려울 수 있습니다.
* 접근권한 철회 방법
- 설정 > 애플리케이션 > KICASignPlus 선택 > 권한 > 접근권한별 동의 또는 철회 선택
