All your payments from your smartphone
With the Klearly app, you easily accept contactless payments directly on your smartphone. Download the free app and turn your smartphone into a payment device.
Klearly allows you to easily choose your items from your catalogue, send receipts and find all your transactions in one overview. Moreover, the team feature allows you to add employees to your account so they can easily accept payments on behalf of your business from their own phones. There is no need to have an extra payment device because your phone is a payment device. The customer can simply hold the debit card directly against your phone to pay.
Card payments
Klearly makes it possible to receive contactless payments through the NFC chip in your smartphone. Your customer doesn’t need to download the app. The app can receive contactless payments from Maestro, Vpay, MasterCard, Visa, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Your customer holds the payment card against the back of your phone and the payment is completed. You can also easily make return payments and share a digital receipt via email, SMS or QR code.
Catalogue
Easily create a catalogue with all your products. You add the products to the basket during checkout, and when all products are selected, the total amount is clearly presented in the checkout screen. If there are later (price) changes in your offerings, these can be adjusted. Besides adding products, you can manually type in the amount to be paid with a description to your basket. This way, you only have to focus on what really matters, your customer.
Payment receipts
When a payment is completed, you are immediately given the option to share a digital proof of payment with your customer. You can do this via e-mail, SMS or let your customer scan a QR-Code. If a customer asks for a receipt afterwards, you can easily find the transaction in your transaction overview and send the receipt (again) from there. You can also add a description per item.
Staff
As an employer, you want to make it as easy as possible for your staff. Via the Klearly app, you send an invitation link to your staff, allowing them to sign up within seconds. Immediately, they can accept payments for your business. As an employer, you have an easy overview of the performance of your business and individual staff. Staff can only access their own payments.
