- Complete your Lifestyle Quiz, get a Lifestyle Score, and start earning rewards immediately.
- Based on your Lifestyle Score, use the Digital Coach tool to help you make better lifestyle choices.
- Book your health assessment*, view your Healthy Heart Score, and earn rewards.
- Book your fitness assessment, view your fitness level and earn rewards.

IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH

- Enjoy discounts on wearable fitness devices, so you track your weekly activity goals.
- Achieve and track* your weekly activity goals and score Weekly Wins.
- Keep it up for four weeks and score Monthly Wins.
- Boost your rewards with Recharge Dayz by measuring your readiness for the day before 08:00 with the app using the camera on your smartphone.
