The Positive NOW Toolkit has been designed by psychologists to help you to improve and protect your psychological health. Specifically designed to complement the Positive NOW online platform, the app gives you access to all of Positive’s digital tools. Improve your emotional literacy with the Emotional Barometer, use the Positive Pinboard to shift your mindset, or build your attentional control with our guided mindfulness sessions. You can also use the dedicated journal to record your journey, or explore personalised insights to get a more detailed look at how far you’ve come.
All of Positive’s programmes and tools are informed by science and designed to empower you to make positive change. We believe that prevention is better than cure, and that everyone should be equipped to protect their psychological health. However, please note that for the moment, you will need to have a Positive NOW account set up with your employer or organisation in order to use this app.
