- New navigation, look and feel makes it easier to find the things you love.
- Sleep is vital to health, so we gave it its own tab.
- Easier access to Sleep Number when you need it: connect with us, track orders and manage deliveries.
- We’ve done the math. New 30-day sleep data averages let you see how even small changes impact your sleep.
- Improved sleep data. Now your edited and removed sleep sessions will update your averages.

The Sleep Number app delivers a one-of-a-kind experience, seamlessly blending smart bed capabilities, personalized sleep and health insights, rewards, and customer service.

Only the Sleep Number smart bed uses the science of your personal sleep data to understand your one-of-a-kind needs for continuously better sleep quality. Our exclusive sense-and-do technology accurately measures your biosignals - your average heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV) and average breath rate - throughout the night, then automatically adjusts to your individual needs, designed to continuously improve your sleep over time. See a daily snapshot of factors that measure your sleep quality – duration, efficiency and timing. Developed by sleep science experts with insights into how each of us sleeps, it connects you with your best possible sleep, night after night and through every phase of life.

SLEEP
- Personalized sleep insights help improve your sleep and wellbeing to get the most from your smart bed every night and every day.
- Wake up to your SleepIQ score every morning and compare to your average to see if your sleep is improving.
- Circadian rhythm helps you get the most from every day. Your smart bed learns your sleep schedule over 7 days and show you your ideal bedtime, wake time and more.
- See your average heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV) and average breath rate.

HEALTH
