Si tratta di un dispositivo efficace nel supportare continuità assistenziale garantendo un’immediata
interazione da remoto tra medico e paziente.
E’ caratterizzata da un servizio di messaggistica asincrona in grado di veicolare l’invio e lo scambio di
messaggi testuali e files direttamente da e verso la cartella clinica informatizzata MètaClinic.
La funzionalità di chat risulta infatti integrata direttamente con la cartella del paziente, per tale ragione i
suoi contenuti restano “agli atti” registrati in archivio proprio per garantire la miglior decisione clinica e
criteri di riservatezza.
SMARTLINK è stata studiata per esprimere massima flessibilità di personalizzazione per l’utente.
Per il medico, infatti, l’accesso avviene direttamente in ambito ambulatoriale/ospedaliero attraverso
l’attivazione del modulo SMARTLINK presente in cartella MètaClinic.
Per il paziente, invece, il collegamento al servizio avviene attraverso l’app SMARTLINK (disponibile per
Android e iOS)
Con SMARTLINK la tecnologia supporta continuità e qualità assistenziale: il medico può inviare al paziente
la refertazione che viene prodotta al termine di ogni visita in maniera crittografata da password e
direttamente attraverso la chat.
Le conversazioni “end-to-end” garantiscono sicurezza e protezione del dato.
È possibile trasmettere allegati mediante invio rapido implementato nell’editor di messaggi di testo o anche
dai moduli stampe dell’applicativo di cartella.

SMARTLINK è un dispositivo concepito secondo i criteri by design/default ottemperanti al GDPR in materia
di privacy e rispetto dei più elevati standard di sicurezza.
Per la effettiva operatività e attivazione delle risorse, è prevista la raccolta del consenso all’utilizzo di ogni
singolo servizio da parte del paziente.
