Available 24/7 and compatible with all carriers, your Boks connected parcel box receives your parcels as easily as you receive your mail.
How does the Boks service work?
- Install your Boks parcel box in front of your home. Whether personal (home or building) or professional, your Boks can be installed indoors or outdoors,
- Download our free mobile application to register your Boks via your smartphone. This will enable you to control your parcel box in just a few clicks (reception, tracking, dispatch and return of your parcels),
- Place your order and generate a Boks opening code for your delivery driver,
- Note this code in the delivery fields to have it delivered to your smart parcel box (use the fields: Address or Additional information or Delivery instructions...),
- Track your parcel in real time on our mobile application,
- Receive notification on your phone once your order has been delivered by the carrier,
- Pick up your parcels, whenever you want, by opening your Boks with your phone's Bluetooth.
With the Boks mobile application you can :
- Generate opening codes for your parcel box,
- Open your Boks via Bluetooth
- Chat with your Boks co-users (for shared Boks offers, in buildings or for professionals)
- Track the progress of your parcels (from carrier pick-up to delivery in your Boks) in real time.
