From the app, you can easily access everything from your contract, rent payment schedule and EPC to how-to guides and other useful documents provided by your property manager. (It also reduces printing which is good for the planet).
You can also see the payment status of all your rent instalments, with useful reminders sent to you before each instalment is due. If you need to discuss payment terms or any other issues with your property manager, just open up the app and live-chat with your property manager. You can even report maintenance issues with photos and check on the status of those tickets.
Want to connect with your community? Using the news feed and built-in forums, you can meet new friends and find out about events in your community, so you don’t miss out on anything.
