For BAXTER and other ITW equipment with built-in WiFi, get connected with the new SmartConnect app. Once connected, create better procedures and performance with remote recipe programming in the Baxter MenuManager. Create personalized recipes with multiple steps, temperature selection, pulse or burst steam, precise durations and step-by-step vent control.
Attach descriptive images and titles to your recipes, allowing bakery staff to quickly select the desired product. Saved recipes are always accessible in your profile and uploading them to specific machines is made easy thanks to a user-friendly layout.
ITW SmartConnect365 Suite of Applications
• SmartConnect: SmartConnect will pair with any WiFi-enabled equipment from ITW Food Equipment Group brands.
• MenuManager: Create custom recipes on the mobile MenuManager and upload them to any Baxter Rotating Rack Oven or Mini Rotating Rack Oven in your fleet.
