Enjoy reading the Word in a simple, beautiful and pleasant app. Download the Catholic version of the Bible Douay-Rheims Bible, Challoner Revision (DRC 1752).that includes the deuterocanonical books.

The Douay-Rheims Bible is a Roman Catholic version of the Bible translated from the Latin Vulgate into English, at the University of Douai, France. The New Testament was published in 1582 at Rheims in northern France and was thus known as the Douay-Rheims.

This is a version revised by the English Catholic bishop Richard Challoner and published in 1752. He updated vocabulary, spelling, and structure to make the Bible more readable.

The Pentateuch includes Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy.
The Historical books include Joshua, Judges, Ruth, 1 Samuel, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings, 2 Kings, 1 Chronicles, 2 Chronicles, Ezra, Nehemiah, Esther, Tobit, Judith, 1 Maccabees, 2 Maccabees.
The Poetic and Wisdom writings include Job, Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Song of Solomon, Wisdom, Sirach.
The Major Prophets include Isaiah, Jeremiah, Lamentations, Ezekiel, Daniel.
The Minor Prophets include Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, Malachi.

The New Testament consists of 27 books:

Acts of the Apostles
