Description
Ursprünglich wurde die getFM®-App für Audits im Qualitätsmanagement entwickelt. In Kombination mit der originalen getFM® webbasierten Software ist sie das ideale Tool für Auditoren. In der Demoversion sind Beispielfragen (bezogen auf die Reinigung von Gebäuden) hinterlegt, mit denen der Anwender sich einen ersten Eindruck über die App verschaffen kann.
Funktionen der getFM®-App:
• Qualitätssicherung: Die Bewertung von Prozessen der Dienstleistungen.
• Bewertung von Räumen und technischen Anlagen
• Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der Dienstleistungen können direkt angelegt und individuell jedem Prozess, Raum oder jeder Anlage zugeordnet werden.
• Erfassung von Mängeln und Störungen
• Fotos können über die App hochgeladen und den entsprechenden Funktionen zugeteilt werden.
